Warranty

DC GOLD AUDIO warrants to the original consumer purchaser this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. DC GOLD AUDIO will replace by direct exchange any defective speaker less than three years old, measured from the sales date of the speaker to the return date. This courtesy of replacement by direct exchange only applies to speakers that have not been abused or misused. Please check with DC GOLD to find out whether your speaker is eligible for a direct exchange, which is determined by the sales date on the receipt.

There is a required maintenance (for salt water applications) to extend the life and sound of the speakers;

At least twice a year, remove from enclosure and submerge entire speaker in clear, clean water to remove salt residue. Only requires a minute or two, but will protect your investment.

Receipts are necessary for all warranty work, so please file them appropriately.

This warranty does not cover any expense incurred in the removal and re-installation of this product.

This warranty does not apply to any DC GOLD speaker damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, improper line voltage, fire, lightening, or other acts of GOD, or any parts furnished by anyone other than DC GOLD AUDIO. This is the complete warranty by DC GOLD AUDIO, and no other expressed warranty is valid against DC GOLD AUDIO. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you.
